Return Policy – Solidvs Ancient Coins

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be confident in every purchase from Solidvs Ancient Coins.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, with no alterations, cleaning, or damage.
• All original packaging, documentation, and any certificates of authenticity must be included.
• The item must not have been removed from any protective holder or capsule provided at the time of sale.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of ancient and collectible coins, certain items are not eligible for return:

• Coins sold "as is" or clearly marked as final sale in the product description.
• Custom or special orders.
• Items altered, cleaned, or damaged after receipt.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at solidvs@solidvs.com within the 14-day return window. 
2. Securely package the item, including all original documentation.
3. Ship the item back fully insured using a trackable method. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days via the original payment method.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

Every coin we sell is guaranteed to be authentic for life.
If a reputable, mutually agreed upon third-party numismatic authority determines that an item is not authentic, you may return it at any time for a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or the item arrives damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Additional Notes

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
• Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
